A pool is concrete, piping and groundwork, which is the work we do every day. We dig and haul, form and pour the concrete, run the piping, and build the deck, walls, fencing and landscaping around it. One crew handles the whole project, so you have one point of contact and one schedule instead of juggling separate contractors.
Tri-Cities lots are often sloped, tight or wet, which makes the groundwork the hard part. We plan access for equipment, where the excavated soil goes, how surface water drains away from the pool, and what walls the yard needs before anything is dug. We build new pools and outdoor spaces only; we don't offer pool cleaning, opening or closing, or ongoing maintenance.

Permits
Pools need a building permit and a safety barrier in most cities. We check the City's rules and prepare what the permit needs.
Excavation and groundwork
Dig, haul, walls and drainage, planned so the pool sits on solid, well-drained ground.
Forming, piping and concrete
We form the pool, run the piping and pour the concrete, with inspections booked along the way.
Deck, fence and landscaping
Pool deck, fencing, lighting-ready patios and the planting or turf that finishes the yard.

Do I need a permit for a pool in Coquitlam?
