Strata and rental properties need contractors who show up, keep residents informed and leave common areas clean. We take on defined projects: replacing fences and gates, fixing drainage and wet areas, repairing walkways and parking areas, rebuilding retaining walls, removing hazardous trees and upgrading tired landscaping.

We give written estimates for the agreed scope that you can take to council or an owner, work around residents and access, and send photos and updates as the job moves along. We build and repair; we don't offer ongoing grounds maintenance contracts.

No. We take on construction and repair projects like fencing, drainage, concrete, walls and tree work. We don't offer ongoing maintenance.

Can you work around residents?

Yes. We plan access, noise and work areas around residents, keep common areas clean at the end of each day, and keep you updated as the job moves along.
