Outdoor demolition and removal, hauled away

We tear out and haul away old decks, sheds, concrete pads, asphalt, hot tubs, fences and failing retaining walls across Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam and Port Moody, and leave the ground ready for what comes next.

Most outdoor projects start with removal, and doing it right saves money later. We break out concrete and asphalt, dismantle decks and sheds, cut up and remove hot tubs, pull old fences and timber walls, and haul everything away. Clean concrete and asphalt get recycled wherever possible. Because we also do excavation, grading and drainage, the site is left compacted and graded rather than as a hole full of debris.

We protect what stays: driveways, landscaping, neighbours' fences and underground utilities. Before saw-cutting or breaking slabs we locate services, and for larger structures we confirm whether a demolition permit is needed.

  2. Remove

Break out, cut up or dismantle with equipment sized for the site.

  3. Haul and recycle

Load out debris and recycle clean concrete, asphalt and metal where possible.

  4. Leave it ready

Grade and compact the area so the next build can start.

Questions we get asked

Do you haul everything away?

Yes. Removal and disposal are included, and we recycle concrete, asphalt and metal where we can.

Can you remove a hot tub?

Yes. We disconnect it once the power is safely shut off by an electrician, cut it up if needed, and haul it out, even from tight backyards.

Do I need a permit to demolish a shed or deck?

Small structures often don't, but larger buildings and some decks may need a demolition permit. We check with the City for your property before work starts.

Can you replace what you remove?

Yes. Most of our demolition is the first step of a new deck, patio, driveway, wall or lawn that we build afterwards.
