Driveways, walkways and slabs that stay flat
We install and replace concrete and asphalt driveways, exposed aggregate and stamped concrete, sidewalks, patio slabs and garage pads.

Most cracked and sunken driveways in the Tri-Cities failed from below. Soft subgrade, thin base and poor drainage let water undermine the slab. We excavate out the old surface, build a compacted gravel base suited to the soil, set slope and drainage, and then pour or pave.
Exposed aggregate is the most popular finish here for its grip in the rain. Stamped concrete and broom finish are also available, and asphalt is a cost-effective choice for long or rural driveways.

Our concrete & asphalt driveways work

What clients say
Me & my demolition company worked with Premier Grounds Contracting on a large outdoor project and were extremely impressed. They handled excavation, grading, drainage, concrete work, retaining walls, fencing, and premium artificial turf installation, all completed to a very high standard. The team was professional, well organized, and clearly experienced in landscape construction and contracting, not just basic landscaping.
Thanks Gareth for restoring our damaged steps by a Hit and Run vehicle to our satisfaction. Any questions we may had you properly addressed. We highly recommend you and your team staff.
Questions we get asked
Concrete or asphalt?
Concrete lasts longer and offers more finishes. Asphalt costs less up front and is quicker to repair. For most Tri-Cities homes we recommend exposed aggregate concrete.
How long before I can drive on new concrete?
Usually about a week for passenger vehicles, longer for heavy loads. We'll give you a timeline for your pour.
Do you handle the city sidewalk crossing?
Driveway letdowns and work on City property need municipal approval. We'll tell you what's required for your street.
Do you do asphalt paving?
Yes. We do asphalt paving for residential driveways, lanes, parking pads and acreage driveways, on a compacted gravel base graded to drain.
Can you replace my old driveway?
Yes. Driveway replacement includes breaking out and hauling away the old concrete or asphalt, fixing the base and drainage, and pouring or paving the new driveway.
