How Premier Grounds Contracting Ltd. handles the information you give us.
What we collect
When you request an estimate, call or email us, we collect what you give us: your name, phone number, email, project address and details about the work. The form also records how you found us and which website or page brought you to our site, so we know which channels are working.
How we use it
We use it only to respond to you, visit the site, prepare your estimate and carry out the work if you hire us. We don't sell or rent your information, and we don't add you to marketing lists without asking.
Who sees it
Our office and the crew working on your project. If your job needs an engineer, a permit or a subcontractor, we share only what they need to do that part of the work.
How long we keep it
We keep estimate and job records as long as we need them for the work, accounting and legal requirements, then delete them.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you. Contact us at [email protected] or 778-235-0996.
We follow British Columbia's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA). Last updated October 2026.
