Good excavation is mostly about what happens before and after the digging: locating utilities, planning where spoil goes, protecting trees and neighbours, and leaving a properly compacted, graded subgrade for whatever gets built next. We do all of that, and because we also build the walls, drainage and hardscape that go on top, the prep is done to the standard the finished work needs.
Typical jobs include digging out for patios and driveways, foundations for garages and laneway homes, trenching for utilities and drains, lowering or raising grades, and removing old concrete or asphalt.

Usually, yes. Our compact excavators and track loaders fit through narrow gates and side yards. We'll confirm access at the site visit.
