Water, sewer and storm lines, trenched and done right
We replace failing water services, sewer and storm lines on private property, and handle trenching and civil site works for residential, strata and commercial projects.

Older homes often still have original water services and clay or concrete sewer lines that crack, leak or fill with roots. We excavate, replace and connect new lines, then restore the yard or driveway above them.
On larger sites we handle civil scope such as storm systems, catch basins and site grading, and coordinate with your builder and the municipality.

Questions we get asked
Who is responsible for the sewer line?
Usually the owner is responsible for the line on private property up to the municipal connection. We'll confirm where the boundary is for your address.
Can you replace a line under my driveway?
Yes. We cut and remove only what's needed and repour or repave afterward.
